Remaking a song from the hottest artist in the industry is a dicey proposition. For most emerging artists, it’s a bad move, one that keeps them on the musical periphery. For Dreezy, her rendition of Nicki Minaj and Lil Herb’s “ChiRaq” catapulted her to national prominence because of her fiery delivery, ferocious lyricism and magnetic microphone presence.
As Dreezy makes her mark among music industry icons and new artists alike, she remains focused on being counted among the genre’s elite. “My goal is to be legendary,” Dreezy says. “Music is my purpose and I want to set the bar — especially for females — and break all the records that come with it.”

Seandrea Sledge was born on March 28, 1994 and she was raised on the South Side of the Chicago, Illinois. Throughout her childhood, Sledge moved to a number of locations due to her parents' separation. To escape the poor neighborhoods, Sledge looked into the fine arts, which assisted her to depart her some of the realities of her life. She explored dancing, writing, and singing, and drifted towards singing at the age of 14.
As Sledge put more time into singing, she became good friends with fellow Chicago native rapper Sasha Go Hard, and made a guest appearance on Sasha's song "I Ain't No Hitta" in 2012. Sledge later released a song with the rapper Lil Durk, "Ghost". In February 2013, Sledge released a collaborative mixtape with fellow Chicago native rapper Mikey Dollaz, titled Business N Pleasure In February 2014, she independently released her first solo mixtape, titled Schizo, through AOE Records, along with a song featuring American rapperCommon, "No Good".

While the young Chicago MC touts the lyrics in her remix as arbitrary, there’s something to be said about a novice who can spit just as fast and flow just as smoothly as some of rap’s heavy hitters. Dreezy’s bars immediately stand out as meaty and substantive, giving her listeners something to hold on to; it’s easy to see that there’s more to her than just rapid-fire raps and hometown pride. Her music is rooted in experiences that can’t be written off as surface-level material; she explores what it’s like to have a hard life, to be in love, and to dream things we all can relate to.

Dreezy is ready to set the game on fire with her debut album "No Hard Feelings" making serious waves.
Fast, furious, and fiercely entertaining, Dreezy’s debut is hip-hop dynamite. Brace yourself for “Bad B*tch,” a parade of punchlines that eye-roll haters: “I took a break from all the hype so that you b*tches could practice, they want me to give my seat up like I’m Angela Bassett.” Gucci Mane, T-Pain, Wale, and Jeremih offer back-up on the album, but she doesn’t need it.
